What's going on?

A few weeks ago I was using an online forum for pregnant women due in Jan. 2008. I mistakenly requested advice from that group about some issues I was having with my daughters biological father. It was all fine and dandy until a new site member signed up on the site to harass me and counter my posts details. This person tried to make me sound like a bad person and make my ex sound like a saint. They claimed to have inside knowledge about the situation. It sounds as if they are either a relative of my ex or live in the same household.

They also claimed to be an employee of the state in which I live.

That explained a lot. That explained why the first time I applied for Welfare here, it was investigated for fraud based on an "anonymous" complaint. That explained how my ex had more information than I had given him faster than I could give it to anyone.

And it explains why I am having problems with getting Medicaid now.

In prior posts I have explained what's been going on with me & Medicaid.

Here's what is going on with it now:

I called them on Friday and they said that I have to give them until Tuesday evening at 5 PM and if I don't hear from them I can call back today (Wednesday) and maybe I can ask to speak to a supervisor (which I'm guessing means they'll put in another note for one to call me back).

Of course, again, no one from there has called me.
I haven't called just yet, but I'm about to.

Friday they claimed not to have my address & phone number updated, yet they didn't claim to be missing my application or verification of address papers!!

Here's what I'm guessing is going to happen:

I'm going to have to explain EVERYTHING all over again, even though they've supposedly put notes in their system every time that I've called. They're going to argue with me about it until they understand what I'm trying to explain. They're not going to be able to help me at all. They're going to claim that someone has already called me within the 48 hours and left me message demanding I turn in the "missing" documents within a certain time frame. They're going to offer to put notes in the system again. They'll tell me to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back. The situation will repeat itself. I'll get no where as usual.

UGH!
