OB is Sending Me to Hospital L & D

I just stopped home to eat real quick, the Labor & Delivery dept. is expecting me. Apparently I have every possible pre-eclampsia symptom and although my blood pressure was pretty good at the appointment, there was a lot of protein and sugar in my urine, enough to have them really concerned. As she got into the questions of heartburn and upper abdominal pain and a bunch of other things I thought was normal, and saw the swelling in my legs.. she said I need to go to L & D now. She said I might not have to get admitted, but she wants blood work done and she doesn't want to wait until Monday for the results. She said if it was any other day but Friday she would just send me to the lab. BUT the last thing she said was that I need to go, it's really important because she has and will deliver babies at 28 and 29 weeks for these kind of things. So I'm really worried. I hope and pray it doesn't come down to that. It took me quite a while to stop crying in that office before I could leave and face all those people in the waiting room on the way out. The nurse gave me and my husband a hug before we left. I really like them there, and I'm glad I found them when I did. So, I'll be leaving for L & D in a few minutes. I don't have a laptop, so if they admit me, I don't know what will happen about keeping in touch and all that.
If I get stuck there, I'll be at Spring Valley.
