Swearing Off Best Buy Next!

Wal*Mart is OFF the list, we refuse to shop there!
Next up- Best Buy!
They will not honor my extended warranty on this piece of crap vacuum they sold me, a Hoover even! To be exact, it's the Hoover Elite Rewind bag-less upright.

It's been in their shop FIVE times now and they were supposed to replace it or refund by the 4th time. Instead they return it saying that there is nothing wrong with it and that they cleaned it for me. However it STILL hasn't worked and it's not any different cleanliness-wise then it was when I brought it in the FIRST time because it hasn't picked up jack-shit since!

I'm SO angry!
