Bis S won Dragon of the Month at her school for the month of May, just like last year. I have a video of her accepting her award, but it won't upload right now and I don't know why.
Anyone willing to get some nails and come hang up all of her awards? I have them framed and ready to hang up. Actually I need two more frames. When I go to get them, I'll probably just buy a whole bunch because between her and Lil S next year, I bet their walls will be covered with awards!
Little S won Dragon of the Week here at home. She went above and beyond this week. However, she's gotten into trouble twice this weekend already. First, she went to her cousins birthday party and gave him some of Lil Johnny's toys (which he doesn't have many of to begin with). One of them might even have my rechargeable batteries in it! Grr. Then she let Chewy (our hamster) out of his cage and he went missing for about an hour before she found him. Big S was really good this week too, but Lil S had her beat this time. Big S had won DOTW 4 weeks in a row!
Lil S' birthday (and my husband's too) is less than 1 week away now. I'm thinking about having kids come over for a party first, then get them out by the time the adults come over to party. I think the adults would appreciate that and it work out better because we just don't have the room here for a lot of people.

Ah, yes...trying to catch released rodents. We have a guinea pig and boy, is she hard to catch. She once hid under our couch for nearly 4 hours. I finally caught her by luring her out with food and then plopping a laundry hamper down over her.
I hope your recovery is going ok. You're in my thoughts all the time!
