Grandma & Grandpa Payne got Lil J a Giant Frog, bigger than him even! It was one of his Birthday presents from them and below you will find some cute pictures of him sleeping on it.
Yes, my glasses are fairly new, a few months old now actually. They are the fancy Flexon ones! Daddy let me get practically unbreakable frames! They're really light-weight too. I love them! Thanks Big John!
Side Note: My sister called me Thursday (and she reads my blog so this might embarrass her) and apologized for missing Johnny's 1st birthday. In all the excitement of her new GrandSon, Preston (Jana's baby, previously featured on my blog), she forgot all about my little guys big day! BURN~
No, the dog did not pee on the floor. There is a stain on my carpet, among many other, done by the children while I was in the hospital that was never properly attended to. I don't even know what it is, probably soda that I don't even like them to be drinking.
Other side note: One of Lil S' friends mom and grandma that I talk to regularly at the school bus stop has given Lil S some of their Kindergartner's outgrown clothes and they are so super adorable and like brand new too! Very stylish stuff! Did I ever mention my kids have enough clothes and shoes to open a 2nd hand store, but they are always on the hunt for more more more (me too, I'm a kids' clothes & shoes fanatic!). When I was a kid I was lucky to have ONE pair of jeans that I actually liked and they usually only got washed on the weekend. Wanting to make sure that never happened to my kids, they have enough clothes they could probably wear a different outfit everyday for an entire year or more and I am not exaggerating! I have totes full of clothes too small for Big S that I'm waiting for Lil S to grow into! Most of their clothes are used and hand-me-downs, so they still love to get brand new clothes too, so they can have the latest fashions and something that's just theirs.
