Easter Morning

I don't have any pictures of Easter this morning. Quite frankly, Lil S messed everything up so bad that I was too embarrassed to take pictures of my house! Yes, it really is that bad! Not only that but she opened her and Johnny's Easter baskets before anyone woke up. I was so mad at her for opening Johnny's! She had made a mess in every room, complained that the Easter bunny didn't bring her the basket that she asked for, and even said that she didn't like some of the things the Easter bunny did bring her.

Johnny got a cute blue basket with a blue bunny, some marsh-mellow treats, a "magic easter towel" that says "Jesus Loves Me", and blue bunny ears.

Lil S got a purse/basket with flowers on the outside and lined with pink on the inside. There was a yellow bunny holding a carrot that says "Happy Easter", some Disney Princess ring-pops, a "Letter Fun" activity book, a super-sized pencil w/sharpener & eraser, 4 Easter pencils, a bouquet of flower lollipops, a tube of candies with a bunny charm, and a "magic easter towel" with a cross and a dove.

Big S got a purse/basket with a blue and white polka-dot bow on the outside with the same patten on the inside. There was a white lamb, a carrot-handle jump-rope, a "Word Find" activity book, a super-sized pencil w/sharpener & eraser, 4 Easter pencils, a bouquet of flower lollipops, a tube of candies with a bunny charm, and a "magic easter towel" with crosses.

Then Grandpa Ron came over and delivered the children each another Easter basket! I was in the shower and the kids had them all open before I got out, so I don't know what all they got, but Johnny got this cute little guitar toy that he is totally attached to now. There were some oranges and bananas, candy filled plastic eggs, robin eggs, Play Doh, stickers, and Starburst.

About an hour later, Grandma "Maw" came over and brought the children Easter packages that included whoppers, chocolate Pez, candy necklaces and ring pops.

In a few hours we'll go to the Easter carnival at church.
