Time to Renew.

It's time to renew our lease. We have to decide, 6 months or 12? Hmmm.
Rent is increasing as well, $35 more per month. Pfft. They say when we renew we get a free carpet shampooing. Now if I can just get someone to come give my house a thorough and sterile cleaning before my little one comes home, I would be so thrilled! Hint for a Christmas present for me, that is, if you're shopping for one for me. My husband is going to have to talk to our upstairs neighbors about their noise too though. And do you know that my daughter's scooter was stolen this last summer and just last week someone stole her American Chopper style bike! I can't believe it, we bought that bike when it was the coolest thing on the market for her 4th birthday and it was over $130! So, that is just a such a burn! And we have so-called "security" here too... In a gated community. A lot of good that does, huh? Makes me a target as far as I'm concerned. My poor daughter (my oldest) she has always had the worst of luck with like everything. Always.
