Competition

We have a little competition for the kiddos around here. We call it "Dragon of the Week". The kids LOVE it. This is how it works:
It starts over every week.
Daddy and I keep notes on the kids behaviors.
The girls are given Awards for doing good deeds and Demerits when they do bad things.
They start at zero and are given 1 point for each award and they lose 1 point for each demerit.
At the end of the week we sit them down and read them all the awards and demerits they have earned throughout the week.
Whoever has the highest score wins "Dragon of the Week".
We have created a list of prizes carefully selected by the girls and approved by us.
Each prize is written on an index card and stuffed into a shoe box which the Dragon of the Week gets to draw a card from after being announced as the winner.
The Dragon of the Week also gets special privileges throughout the week, such as staying up late one night, hanging out in our room to watch a movie with us, etc.
