Adulterers Beware

Why is our country not doing this? AND
Why have we NOT been doing this all along?

Personally, I think the punishments are too light. If you REALLY want to preserve families and what-not, why not have actual jail sentences and restitution? It might save quite a few murder cases too. I'm sure a lot of people are murdered often because they cheated or were "involved" with the cheater. If there was justice for the victims of these CRIMES (and they are CRIMES), maybe the abused (abused emotionally or heart-broken) wouldn't be serving sentences for murder accompanying their grief, anger, and other jumbled feelings.

What do you think?

While it sounds good on the surface, it opens the door to criminalize more and more unpopular behavior. Criminalizing it won't change how most people behave other than making them more sneaky.
