Maybe Next Time

I rose bright and early, actually it was kind of dark and early, for my appointment this morning at the diabetic center. Sadly, my ride (I won't say who) did not rise and shine. So I have rescheduled for next Monday, November 5th from 1-3 PM. My husband should be able to take me to that one, so I won't need to ask anyone else for a ride, I hope!

I also have my ultrasound earlier that day! YEAH! I am so excited to see this little guy again!! I wish I could get one of those 4D ultrasounds like I had with my youngest when I was pregnant with her. They're so expensive though. About $200, ack! It only cost me $85 back in 2003 and I got lots of pictures and a movie, it was great!

My little girl, who was so upset about not having a little sister is finally really excited about having a little brother! She talks about his name and tells everyone it's a boy, she tells me all about all the toys of hers that he can play with and the things they can play together. She loves to play with tools, building things, cars, action figures, pretty much all boy toys, so she will make a wonderful playmate for her baby brother!

Well I am very sleepy this morning. My dog needed to go out at 2:30 AM and I was lucky enough to catch her before she used my carpet, since she won't bother to tell me she needs out. Then I wake up about every hour needing a drink because my throat gets so dry I can barely get air through it. That of which causes me the need to urinate at each waking as well. What I'm getting at is... I need a nap! So I'm going to go back to sleep for a bit with my sweet little angels. My precious little girl and my active little boy in my belly - he is really on the move right now!
