Run-down

Feeling run-down, and here is the run-down for today:

The morning was a drag as usual. Never feeling fulfilled when it comes to sleep. Time to rise-and-shine anyways, I have other children to attend to. I got up and took a freezing cold shower, unintentionally on the freezing part. I fed the baby and fed the baby and fed the baby and fed the baby and fed the okay you get picture. Then my husband called and said that little John's former pediatrician called him and that he was going to call me next because he was asking some questions that my husband was unsure of. He called me and I answered all his questions and he told me that Little John's Newborn Screening Test aka PKU came back abnormal. He said not to get too worried, that it is common in preemies and he needs to be retested ASAP. So if they're open on Saturday we might have to do that, if not, then Monday. On Monday one of John's sisters and her mother will be in town to meet us. Later in the afternoon today we had the student/parent/teacher conference. It went really well and my daughter's teacher was so excited that we brought the baby with us. The teacher was really surprised to find out that she has a little sister too, apparently she's pretty quiet about her home-life at school, lol. All the kids had to take some state tests to show where the students as-a-whole are in learning for the year. My girl is at 92% for Mathematics and her Reading levels are at first grade, but about 8 months in, so she's twice as far ahead of her peers there too. Her Social Studies grades were the highest and her Writing was the lowest. Overall she is doing just fine! We are very proud of her, no complaints! We came home and had an early dinner, we listened to some music and sang together and danced together. Then she had to leave for the weekend. Then our little girl, who had been napping, woke up and came to play video games with Daddy while I tend to Little Johnny and attempt to post to this blog.
