Dragon of the Week

Our DOTW this week is my oldest daughter. She has done very well this week and we are very proud of her. She received $50 in sponsorship monies for Jump Rope For Heart. She turned in close to 100 Box Tops for Education. She had 3 family members submit Love Lines dedicated to her for her yearbook, and she dedicated 2 Love Lines to the two kids in her class that came to her Birthday Party as well. Next week is the Book Fair and the school is letting them wear these visors and hats that the kids can purchase and she bought a visor for herself to wear for the Reading Week. She's very into the "Fly Guy" book series authored by Tedd Arnold. She reads them very well and they are chapter books. Exciting stuff! Anyways we've fallen behind on following through with the Dragon of the Week prizes as the children have won them because of time and finances or whatever. So our youngest girl is still owed 1/2 an hour at SkyMania. The oldest is owed 1/2 an hour at SkyMania, $10 to spend at the Gap, and now her prize for this week: Going to the movie theatre with me!

And yes, that is my old Led Zeppelin shirt she's wearing. Most of my old band t-shirts have become their favorite nighties. Who would have thought?! That shirt is so shredded now she says it has a tail. And don't step on her tail! Her older sister about got knocked out earlier, heh heh.
