Lots of pictures.
I made them small because there are so many.
Daddy put Lil J's crib together and Gramma Diana and I put the bedding on it.
Big S got to feed Lil J his bottle.
I also have a few video clips of her feeding him.
She tried to burp him too.
She felt very special.
Lil S has been making me lots of drawings lately. She told me earlier that she can't draw ears. Then later in the evening she brought me a shopping list. She does this often for things that she wants. Usually she does it when she runs out of pretzels. So cute. Anyhow, this time she wanted juice boxes for kids. So, she drew a picture of a juice box with a kid on it, and she drew ears on the kid, big mickey mouse style ears, but on the side of the head. She is so funny. Maybe tomorrow I will snap-shot or scan in the "shopping list" so you can see.
Daddy is leaving at 7 AM for Lake Havasu, AZ and will be there during the work week until Friday evening. We'll all be up early to see him off and make sure he's got everything he needs and our well wishes. We will miss him.
Tomorrow I go to see my Ophthalmologist again for the visual field test. I'm nervous. They're going to be able to tell if I have nerve damage and things like that. Seeing as how my left eye wasn't responding to light and the light was bright in my right eye and very very dim in my left eye, I'm pretty sure I do have nerve damage. Which means that the pituitary tumor is putting more and more pressure on my optic nerves. I don't know if the damage is permanent or not either. I don't know if they'll be able to tell me that. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
After the appointment I'm going to try to get a spare bedding set for Johnny's crib. The one I have for him at the moment doesn't have a comforter either. I thought it did, but I couldn't find one. The one I'm picking up is another hand-me-down. I'm told the sheets are stained, but it does come with the comforter. Hopefully everything else is in good condition besides the stains. Then I'll see which one I want to go with.
Johnny still has his bassinet and will use it a lot still. I have a feeling he will be in a crib for quite a long time even after he has completely outgrown his bassinet. He's still very small and could be in the bassinet much longer. He really needs a mobile for his crib though, he needs some stimulation. That's why he doesn't like the bassinet. It's too enclosed and there's nothing to see or do.
Wow. I just got really cold and went to put on my favorite night coat. My arms at my biceps have become really fat or swollen (fat, I think) since the last time I put it on. I probably put it on last only a few weeks ago. It's very tight. Last time I put it on I was able to zip it up too, this time I had to really struggle with it, if the material wasn't so stretchy, it would not have zipped up this time around. So depressing.
