Here's some pictures of the girls before we went out to the Catholic Church today for the "Fall Festival" and "Trunk-Or-Treat" which by the way took us over an HOUR to get to because it's extremely far -only to be disappointed.

GREEDY CATHOLICS!
Of all the trunk-or-treat events I have ever been to or brought my family to, I have never once been forced to PAY MONEY in order to allow the children to Trick-or-Treat! Would you believe of all the places something so sick could happen is at the CATHOLIC CHURCH!? It is true. The Roman Catholic Diocese of (my city) CHARGED my children $3.00 EACH to Trunk-or-Treat today at their "St. John Neumann Parish".
I'm not exaggerating or leaving out any important details here either. They weren't asking for a donation of any kind they required payment to TRICK-OR-TREAT!!
I've been to fall festivals that charged an entrance fee and usually included a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch and some that ask to bring non-monetary donations, not required. However I have never been ANYWHERE that CHARGED for children TRICK-OR-TREAT!
I am so astonished I can't put into words everything I feel right now about this.
I would love to hear your comments about this though!
